Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Interaction PatrolAs a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Interaction Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet technology as needed while demonstrating integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.17 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeThur 01:00 AM - 09:00 AMFri 01:00 AM - 09:00 AMSat 05:00 PM - 01:00 AMSun 05:00 PM - 01:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, lobbies, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unauthorized access, suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
