Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Route VerificationAs a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Route Verification in Riverview, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity while helping maintain an orderly environment.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $19.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unauthorized access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor visitor, contractor, and vehicle access in accordance with site requirements, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate security-related logs.Report observed hazards, damaged barriers, unusual conditions, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
