Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. This role offers the opportunity to apply your experience while delivering reliable, customer-focused security-related support through teamwork and integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $18.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri 08:00 PM - 04:00 AMSat 08:00 PM - 04:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.Document patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.Minimum Requirements:Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Access control and badge experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
