As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related needs with integrity. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where a caring culture, innovation, and teamwork put people first.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $33.07 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence and reporting security-related concerns.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.Minimum Requirements:Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.Possess a college degree.CPR certification is preferred.A Guard Card/License is preferred.An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
