As a Front Desk Security Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for visitors and personnel. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, and support security-related procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Join Allied Universal, where our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $23.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time:Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMSat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMSun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials and appointments, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related communications, escalating unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.Support a professional reception environment by answering phones, directing guests, and communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:Have at least one year of security-related experience.Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.Possession of a state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
