The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Floor Supervisor at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia . As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage areas at Mardi Gras Casino . Leading the food and beverage team and maintaining high levels of customer service for guests will be a crucial part of your daily responsibilities.

What will you do?
* Produce the food and beverage team member schedule across the gaming floor departments
* Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews to encourage the growth and development of your team members
* Advise and direct the daily duties for yourteam
* Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests visiting the property
* Assist your team members with any malfunctioning gaming equipment and partner with the propertys technician when needed
More about you
* No college degree required
* Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
* Excellent guest service and communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements
* Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
