Security OfficerTogether we CAN! This role is a full time SECOND shift role (3p-11p)- days will be flexible, but there will be weekend days Full Time Role Security Officers are to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors. We are looking for a highly competent security officer to join our team to monitor and protect the premises. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a security officer or guard, as well as training in self-defense and first aid. He or she will have a sharp eye with quick reaction time in the detection of any suspicious or criminal behavior, and prevention of theft or vandalism.This service includes:Performing security patrols on foot or in vehicleMaintaining site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardsPermitting authorized persons to enter propertyPreparing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activitiesProviding assistance to residents, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerResponding to emergenciesEnsuring the safety of all residentsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentValid NC drivers licenseMust be at least 21 years oldDesire to serve senior adultsPositive outlookAbility to take initiative and be detail orientedWorking independently and on a teamFlexible and able to handle a fast paceGreat communication and documentation skillsWhy Us?
