As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help maintain a secure environment for personnel, visitors, and operations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and support security-related needs while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including building exteriors, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, entry points, and perimeter areas.Monitor access activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers; verify credentials and maintain required logs and documentation.Report suspicious activity, damaged property, unsecured doors or gates, and other security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
