This role focuses on maintaining site safety, controlling access, and ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the property.Key ResponsibilitiesControl access at designated entry and exit pointsVerify identification, credentials, and authorization for personnel and vehiclesMonitor and document activity at access control gatesConduct routine patrols as assignedEnforce site rules and security proceduresReport incidents, safety concerns, or suspicious activity accurately and promptlyMaintain a professional and customer-service-focused presence at all timesQualificationsCurrent employee in good standingPrior security experience preferredMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a drug screeningValid driver's license preferredReliable transportation requiredStrong communication and observation skillsDependable attendance and professional conduct requiredAdditional InformationUnarmed positionAccess control / gate access post assignmentsIndoor and outdoor duties may applyStanding, walking, and monitoring requiredSite-specific training will be provided as neededWhy ApplyOpportunity for internal growth or reassignmentConsistent scheduling options across all shiftsPart-time and full-time opportunities availableStable site assignmentHS Diploma GED or H.S.
