Join our team and build a rewarding career in the security industry where safety, professionalism, and growth comes first.Job Skills / RequirementsLocation: Harrisonburg, VA 2802Pay Rate: $18.50 per hourSchedule: Saturday & Sunday 8am - 4pmJob Summary: The Security Officer will assist staff in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees. The officer will monitor activity and respond to security alarms while providing professional customer service.Essential Functions:Monitor activity to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.Observe visitor and employee behavior for suspicious activity and report concerns to management.Respond to exit door alarms and politely verify receipts when alarms are activated.Conduct routine patrols throughout the building and surrounding areas to identify potential security concerns.Document incidents, suspicious activity, and security concerns in written reports.Work closely with store management and staff to address safety or security issues.Provide professional customer service while enforcing store policies.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Information / BenefitsDunbar Benefits:Medical InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Vacation401k PlanDunbar Security Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
