You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, communicate clearly with the community, and use technology to document activity. Bring your customer service skills to a caring, reliable team that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 07:00 AM - 01:00 PMWed 07:00 AM - 01:00 PMThur 07:00 AM - 01:00 PMFri 07:00 AM - 01:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles entering and departing the property in accordance with established procedures.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and activities according to site requirements.Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, and perimeter.
