Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where people come first, teamwork drives results, and integrity guides every interaction.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $23.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.Staff the front desk and control access by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, alarms, cameras, and communications systems, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, medical-related calls, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.Assist with maintaining an orderly, welcoming reception area and provide clear information regarding visitor guidelines, access restrictions, and facility procedures.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
