Security Officer Part Time Clinical RoundsAs a Security Officer Part Time Clinical Rounds in Charleston, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a caring environment for patients, visitors, and staff while responding to security-related needs with professionalism and integrity. Join Allied Universal, where an agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.Minimum Requirements:Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.Must be able to restrain individuals as needed.Have at least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
