Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Security OfficerTitle: Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Security OfficerLocation: Houston, TX 77095 (Cypress Area)Schedule: Full-Time, Morning, 40 hours/weekMonday: 12:00AM - 8:00AMTuesday: 12:00AM - 8:00AMWednesday: 12:00AM - 8:00AMThursday: 12:00AM - 8:00AMFriday: 12:00AM - 8:00AMCity Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial environment. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, exterior and interior activity and maintain a visible security presence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable, professional, observant and engaged throughout their shift. You will be expected to regularly patrol the property, monitor access points, identify open gates and report suspicious activity. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.Responsibilities:Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of the property.Monitor gates, entrances, and access pointsRespond to complaints and disturbances.Communicate professionally with management, employees and visitorsConduct perimeter checks of parking areas, and common spacesMaintain the security vehicle in a clean and professional conditionComplete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident ReportsContact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations ariseProvide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presenceRequirements:Active Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one.Active Drivers License with a clean Driving RecordReliable attendance and ability to work overnight shiftsBenefits of working for City Security Services:Weekly direct deposit paychecksAdvanced Security Officer trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesOngoing field training providedRecognition programsCity Security Services is a growing security company committed to professionalism, accountability, and continuous development.
