Your performance matters, and those who show consistency and leadership have real opportunities to move up quickly.Security Officer Positions:Foot Patrol Officer: Conducts foot patrols, responsible for detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity. Officers must remain alert, professional, and proactive throughout their shift – representing the standard of excellence our client expects on-site.Responsibilities:Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous mannerManage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessaryVerify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehiclesDocument and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrivalAssist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and proceduresMonitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behaviorMonitor surveillance cameras and alarmsPatrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risksWarn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited itemsRespond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first respondersIdentify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely mannerEnsures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followedOther duties to be determined by managementQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or olderHigh school degree or equivalentTN Guard Card preferred, or the ability to obtain a TN Guard Card.Professional demeanor and appearanceBasic computer skillsMust be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasksStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Minimum of one year of customer service or security service experienceMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of timeIf you want a team that invests in you, show us you're ready to invest in it.Marksman Security LLC · Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V#IND3
