Officers maintain a professional presence, enforce site rules, complete patrols, and respond to incidents while representing the Proshield standard of discipline and reliability.QualificationsArmed Protection — Maintain a visible, professional armed presencePatrol Duties — Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areasIncident Response — Respond to disturbances, alarms, and emergenciesReport Writing — Complete accurate daily activity and incident reportsAccess Control — Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized personnelCustomer Interaction — Communicate professionally with clients and the publicPolicy Enforcement — Enforce site rules and maintain orderEquipment Readiness — Maintain duty belt, firearm, and issued gearRequirementsValid firearm permit or ability to obtain oneReliable transportationAbility to stand, walk, or patrol for shiftsStrong communication skillsProfessional appearance and conductMust pass background screeningPreferredSecurity experienceLaw enforcement or military backgroundExperience with incident reportingAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
