They serve as a professional helpful resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.Perks & Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Options.Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance.Virtual Medical Appointments With Telemedicine.Paid Time Off, FREE Uniforms, Paid Training. & Paid Weekly (Every Thursday).Employee Assistance Program.DailyPay Access Program!!Discounts On Childcare, Pet Care, Vehicles, Cell Phones, Travel & So Much More!Objectives:Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and company assets.Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.Help prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats.Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.Provide visible deterrence against criminal activity and suspicious behavior.Support organizational operations by creating a safe and secure workplace.Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.Responsibilities:Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.Control building access by verifying identification, checking credentials, and managing visitor logs.Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.Enforce security protocols, company rules, and regulations for premises, personnel, and visitors.Inspect doors, windows, gates, and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.Investigate suspicious activities, behavior, and security breaches.Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations.Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel when necessary.Provide guidance to employees and visitors on safety protocols and emergency procedures.Assist in evacuations and other emergency actions as required.Requirements:18 years of age or older.High School Diploma or GED required.Above average computer / technology skills needed.Previous experience as a security officer, law enforcement, or military service a plus!!Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.Must be able to work independently.Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure.Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
