As a Dispatch Security Professional at a hotel or resort location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarms and incoming calls, document incidents, and dispatch personnel as needed. You will support a welcoming environment for guests and staff through clear communication, responsive service, and attention to detail. Join Allied Universal, where teamwork, integrity, innovation, and a people-first culture drive our commitment to dependable service.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $20.15 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PMTue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to guests, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.Monitor communications systems, receive calls and requests for assistance, and dispatch appropriate personnel to guest-service needs, maintenance concerns, medical situations, and other security-related incidents.Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, key-control documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site-specific policies.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to supervisors, emergency responders, and/or appropriate site personnel as needed.Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or disruptive conduct.Minimum Requirements:Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
