As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every interaction.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $20.60 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts as directed by site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and maintenance-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or emergency response information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
