As a Patrol Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where a caring culture, teamwork, innovation, and integrity guide every interaction.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeTue 11:00 AM - 07:30 PMWed 11:00 AM - 07:30 PMThur 11:00 AM - 07:30 PMFri 11:00 AM - 07:30 PMSat 11:00 AM - 07:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail center.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking structures, storefront perimeters, and exterior areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site procedures.Monitor access points, loading areas, and restricted locations; document visitor activity, incidents, and patrol observations through required reports.Help maintain an orderly, welcoming environment by providing directions, answering questions, and de-escalating customer or tenant concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
