As a Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will conduct routine foot and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a welcoming environment through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.Position Type: Full Time / Swing ShiftPay Rate: $22.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PMFri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail center.Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, garages, storefronts, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate site contacts.Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site management, and local responders as needed.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
