As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and support security-related needs with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and a people-first approach.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $18.51 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel.Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, access control, and other security-related duties.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
