Allstate Security provides reliable, qualified, professional officers who are trained and ready to respond to potential security threats and provide outstanding support and service.Job DetailsAllstate Security is seeking dependable and professional Officers to support multiple sites throughout the Oceanside. This position requires flexibility and the ability to cover varying shifts and locations based on operational needs. Officers must be adaptable, reliable, and prepared to respond to scheduling requests on short notice.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned propertyMonitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized accessProvide a visible deterrent and respond promptly to incidents or disturbancesWrite detailed and accurate incident/activity reportsEnforce property rules, policies, and proceduresAssist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional mannerCommunicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency services when necessaryRequired Qualifications:MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMEDMUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSMUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATIONMUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONMUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISHMULTILINGUAL A PLUSMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARDValid California Guard Card (BSIS)Strong communication and report writing skillsAbility to stand/walk for extended periodsReliable transportation and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCertification RequirementsGuard CardAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Holidays401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceTravel is required.
