The Data Center Construction Security Guard is trained to work on all posts at the assigned site location and is available to work all shifts. Data Center Construction Security Guards facilitate a pleasant experience for our client and their customers through interactions. Customer Service is primary.Primary Duties within varied scope of work and client expectations will range from:Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote physical security and safety; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardsObserve and report and suspicious activityContribute to communication and awareness of security policies and issues as neededBadge/ID generationAsset ManagementWarn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articlesEscalate infractions when noticedDistribute and enforce on site and global standard operating procedures down to the individual levelConcierge services and package deliveryAssist and train new staff on all security systems, SOPs, patrols, post orders, etiquette, and customer service as a member of the security teamEnsure Client and Company policies are followedAssist the Site Manager and Supervisor in creating and improving site specific SOP/Post Orders • Support Daily Tasking and Activities100% completion of log and report write-upsPerform to the best of your abilities to meet KPIs outlined by the Security SupervisorAdditional Accountabilities:100% completion of log and report write-ups100% accurate and timely submission of timesheet documentation in Field ServiceFulfillment of 100% contractual expectations as defined with Client SOW specific to scheduled service deliveryFulfillment of 100% revenue expectations as defined within Client SOWCompletion of 100% required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectationsRequired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:High school diploma or appropriate level of training per local jurisdictionsAbility to speak fluent EnglishExperience in customer service-related fieldsAbility to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respectComputer literacy with experience within the Microsoft Office suiteBasic CPR/AED/First Aid or BHV equivalentPreferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:Construction site security experienceMust be able to successfully pass a background check and urinalysis. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job-related factors consistent with applicable law.SHIFTS: Sunday through Tuesday w/ every other Wednesday OR Thursday through Saturday w/ every other Wednesday (DAYS & NIGHTS) DAYS: 6am to 6pm NIGHTS: 6pm to 6am
