As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable team, where a caring culture and teamwork put people first.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $22.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access to the property, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations through established channels.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.Minimum Requirements:At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
