As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors. Join Allied Universal and bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity to every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $15.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and collect visitor or contractor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and materials in accordance with facility procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities to the appropriate contacts.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area exteriors, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; document observations and report hazards, damaged property, and unusual activity.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
