Security Officer Part Time PatrolJoin Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet systems to document activities, support badge access processes, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Our agile, reliable, innovative team puts people first and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.Monitor access control points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting entries, incidents, and observations as required.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.Complete detailed activity reports, maintain professional communication with site contacts, and support a welcoming environment for authorized occupants and guests.Minimum Requirements:Loss prevention experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
