Security Officer Part Time Alarm Dispatch CoordinatorAs a Security Officer Part Time Alarm Dispatch Coordinator in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a public cultural location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access control systems, document activity, and support response to security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to maintain a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and assets. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable, and innovative teams put people first and act with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors at a public museum location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and communications systems; dispatch personnel and relay clear, timely information during routine operations and incident response.Document incidents, service requests, visitor concerns, and communications accurately in required logs and reports.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.Monitor museum access points and activity through available systems, helping to support security-related operations and protect art, property, and public areas.Minimum Requirements:A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
