As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms as needed. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication to guests and staff. Allied Universal values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture that puts people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:30 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and/or team members while carrying out security-related procedures, hotel policies, and emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the hotel and resort location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific procedures.Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain communication with hotel management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.Minimum Requirements:CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.Access control and badge experience are preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
