You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to tenants and visitors while representing our agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Through teamwork and integrity, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Prepare accurate shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs while maintaining professional communication with property management and other stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Access control/badge experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR/First Aid is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
