You will manage access credentials, monitor entry points and alarm panels, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity while helping to deter incidents through a professional, visible presence. Our agile, reliable, innovative team puts people first and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.50 / HourAccess Control/Badge Experience Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.Alarm Panel Experience Experience with alarm panel systems is required.Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential.Customer Service Experience A background in customer service is preferred.Job Schedule:DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help prevent unauthorized entry to food and beverage production, storage, and distribution areas.Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, perimeter areas, loading docks, parking areas, and restricted locations.
