As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.91 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, and/or staff.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate facility personnel and Allied Universal leadership.Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.Minimum Requirements:Must comply with hospital vaccine requirements.Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Must be able to restrain individuals.A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Be at least 21+ years of age for role.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Florida State Security Agency License No. B Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
