As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. You will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable approach while responding to security-related needs throughout the facility.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, building perimeters, and adjacent grounds to help identify and report unusual conditions.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access, directing visitors, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity.Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.Minimum Requirements:Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
