Be part of a community that feels like family!Pay: $18.50–$22.50/hourSchedule Requirements: Every other weekend is required, and candidates must be available for five days of paid training!1st shift- 7AM-3:30PM2nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM3rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AMWhat You'll Do:Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staffConduct scheduled indoor and outdoor security roundsRespond to fire alarms and emergency callsMonitor employee and contractor presencePerform light maintenance tasks as neededMaintain security equipment and suppliesComplete other duties as assignedQualifications:A valid driver's license is required, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.High school diploma or equivalent preferredOne year of security experience is requiredStrong communication and attention to detailAbility to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressureEmployment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam.If you're passionate about senior care and creating a safe, welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you!Marquette is an equal opportunity employer.
