As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and security-related assistance while working with integrity and teamwork. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative team and caring culture that puts people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.38 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time:Monday 05:00 PM - 01:00 AMTuesday 05:00 PM - 01:00 AMSunday 06:00 AM - 10:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control, and maintenance of an orderly environment.Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations through required reports and communication channels.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.CPR certification is preferred.A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
