As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring team.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $21.17 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Thur 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Fri 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and interactions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
