As a Screener in a food and beverage location, you will help support a welcoming, orderly environment by screening visitors, monitoring access points, and communicating professionally with employees and guests. Your visible presence and customer-focused approach will help deter security-related incidents while supporting daily operations. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable teammates deliver through collaboration, care for people, and act with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $18.12 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-screening requirements, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.Screen individuals, packages, and deliveries in accordance with established procedures; verify authorized access and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, prohibited items, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.Maintain accurate access, visitor, delivery, and incident documentation in accordance with site requirements.Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, service areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card/license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
