Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where people come first and integrity guides every action.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $25.59 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Sat 06:30 AM - 02:30 PMSun 06:30 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access control points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.Document observations, incidents, patrol activity, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
