You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Bring your professionalism and integrity to a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and a caring culture that puts people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $25.24 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and verify authorization in accordance with site procedures; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency responders as directed.Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.Minimum Requirements:Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.A guard card or license is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
