Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state and adherence to Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Bring integrity, teamwork, and a caring, reliable approach to every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.25 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 11:59 PM - 08:00 AMWed 11:59 PM - 08:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized access concerns in accordance with site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
