As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in an educational setting, you will monitor and patrol campus areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to students, staff, and visitors. You will communicate clearly, report observations, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $19.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, studios, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and campus activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report access-control concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and campus contacts.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
