Security Officer Part Time Security Clearance PatrolJoin Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Bring professionalism and integrity to a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to putting people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $24.37 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense-related location.Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Possess a Guard Card or license is preferred.Possess a state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
