As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, support badge access processes, and help maintain a secure environment for personnel and visitors. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $15.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site requirements.Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business, perimeter, access points, and restricted areas, to help identify and report unusual conditions.Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency personnel while supporting site access requirements and security-related operations.Minimum Requirements:Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Access control and badge experience is preferred.The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.ClosingAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
