As a Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture and teamwork put people first.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $24.40 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
