You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access-related responsibilities, and provide courteous customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeThur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following facility protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control procedures, and reporting of suspicious activity or facility hazards to appropriate personnel.Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.This role is in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.Must be able to restrain individuals.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
