As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate observations, and respond to security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $15.40 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or suspicious activity.Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
