As a Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This primarily driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while embodying our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMonday 05:45 AM - 02:00 PMSunday 05:45 AM - 02:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
