As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm panels, and respond to security-related concerns. You will use technology to document activity, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $23.05 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMonday 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMFriday 08:00 AM - 06:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, and report access-control irregularities to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support continuity of operations and security-related awareness.Minimum Requirements:At least two years of security-related experience is required.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
