You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $22.33 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 02:00 PM - 07:00 PMTue 02:00 PM - 07:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 07:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 07:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 07:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, including production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding incidents and daily activities.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
