As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $28.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWed 11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify access credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements and document observations in required reports.Maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly with property management and/or emergency responders, and complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.Customer service experience is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
